How to order online
Paul’s paintings, prints, books and DVDs can be purchased from our site using the secure Paypal shopping cart. Just click on the add to cart button and you will be directed to a secure payment option where you will be able to pay by credit card, debit card or with your own paypal account. You do not have to sign up for paypal in order to pay! When you have made your purchase you will receive an automatic email confirmation. If your item is out of stock we will let you know and you will be given the opportunity to either wait, select a similar item or receive a full refund.
Postage and packing charges
A postage charge will be automatically added at the checkout and you will be able to see the total before you agree to pay. We do not endeavour to profit from these charges, instead we politely ask that you pay for your delivery at the time of purchase. The costs include packing, postage and handling. Some items incur higher charges if they are heavy, for example books. If you feel that your postage charge is excessive please let us know before you make your purchase. You may use the form below for your convenience.
Fine Art Originals
Paul's original paintings can be purchased online on a 14 day no quibble refund. We understand that artwork needs to be seen and experienced first hand, which is why we don’t hold you to an instantly fixed sale. If you wish to return your painting for a full refund within this time, all we ask is that it is returned in the condition in which you received it. We regret we are unable to cover any return shipping costs. To enquire further about a painting please use this form and include details of the painting you are interested in. Paintings can be presented and framed to a high standard, for example when purchasing for a gift (collection only), otherwise they will be posted to you as artwork only. We are always happy to help with any requests.
Paying for fine art originals by installments
You can spread the cost of your painting up to a period of 10 months with an easy payment agreement. There are no interest charges - just the cost of the painting divided into monthly payments. To pay for a painting using this facility you will need to sign and exchange a payment agreement and pay a small deposit (around 10%). You will need a bank account in order to set up a standing order for the period of your installments. You may cancel your agreement and return the painting within 14 days of purchase. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 24hrs. If your items are out of stock we will inform you of any potential delay. All orders up to £34 in value are dispatched first class (UK) next working day. Orders over £34 may be sent by Standard parcels in order to cover postage insurance. Some items may be sent by special delivery.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for UK delivery and possibly longer for international orders. If for some reason you do not receive your order within this time or your item was damaged when you received it please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange an exchange. Please note that any lost items are not acknowledged by the Post Office until 15 days after the item was sent.
Returning an item
If your purchase is not what you expected, you change your mind, it does not work or has been damaged in transit, simply return it to us for a replacement or a full refund. All we ask is that it is returned within fourteen days of purchase in the same condition as you received it.

Ordering from outside of mainland UK
The automatic postage rates are calibrated for UK mainland postage only. If you would like to order goods from overseas please enquire about postage costs first. Please include the products you are interested in as well as your address details so that we can email an accurate price to you. Some products such as paint may have to be sent individually for carriage health and safety reasons.
As a rule, countries which require NTSC videos are not compatible with our DVD format here in the UK. Some people will find that they play ok but not only does the DVD player have to be compatible for both NTSC and PAL formats but also the television unit. It is often the television that presents the problem. Normally DVDs will play ok through computers worldwide though.
Making a payment with personal cheque
You can make a payment by personal cheque made payable in GBP (pounds sterling). To calculate the total cost of your order including postage and packing, follow the shopping cart buttons as far as the checkout. Note down the amount and decline the electronic purchase.
