Traditional Gift Vouchers
Traditional printed gift vouchers will be posted to you and are redeemable at Pauls' demonstrations, courses and workshops. They are valid for 12 months and must be presented at the time of purchase. Traditional gift vouchers can be redeemed against products or courses and may be used when making an online purchase with personal cheque. Just send the vouchers with your payment. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary value. Vouchers are available for UK sales only.
Online Gift Vouchers
Online Paypal gift vouchers can be redeemed on this website only. You must have (or sign up to) a Paypal account to purchase these.
Recipient Cancellations: Gift certificate recipients can cancel their gift certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser.
Refunds: Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.
Expiry: Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date.
Requirements: Merchants have the right to refuse a transaction. Many merchants require a Confirmed address, which could require that a credit card and billing address be entered.
